Acupuncture: is based on ancient Chinese medicine and the belief of pressure points in the body that are all connected. The needles are placed strategically on these pressure points (where the client needs relief). It does not hurt! It feels like someone is pressing on the skin.

Cupping Therapy: is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People receive cupping therapy for many purposes including pain relief, reducing inflammation, increasing blood flow, and for relaxation and overall well-being. It also offers a unique deep-tissue massage and has been described as feeling "like a reverse massage.”

NFR: "Neurofascial reset,"or Rapid Release Massage, resets your central nervous system to encourage your body to function and move the way it's supposed to. This improves range of motion, targets aches and pains, and can relieve tension and inflammation. This massage modality isn’t what you think of if you compare it to a regular massage. This is done fully clothed and 15-45 minutes is ample time for the treatment. Due to the intensity, it's not a feel-good massage but it is highly effective (check our Facebook and Instagram accounts for testimonials). Some of the conditions that can be quickly resolved with RAPID-NFR include: headaches/migraines, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, tennis/golfers elbow, whiplash, TMJ, frozen shoulder, bursitis, bunions, and arthritic joints. We practice the ancient art of body sugaring using some of the world's most precious ingredients. Sugaring vs Regular Wax: sugaring uses a natural sugar-based wax that’s recommended for clients with sensitive skin and/or allergies, as well as for sensitive areas (e.g. Brazilian). Regular wax is still a good option for non-sensitive clients, and allows for more precision in application, making it ideal for brow shaping.

Our Cosmetic Nurse Injector is qualified to administer Botox and filler treatments. Botox, when administered in appropriate amounts, helps restore a youthful, refreshed appearance to the face. It’s not meant to drastically change your appearance. Botox can also be injected to prevent further lines and wrinkles from deepening. Whereas, fillers help add the volume and elasticity back into aging skin, or to enhance the cheeks and lips in the most natural way possible. Botox and fillers are semi-permanent treatments that require “top ups.”
