New Online Booking Policy: Credit Card Needed on File

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the technician’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

Late Cancellation Fee (less than 24-hour notice) = 50% of booked treatment cost (without taxes)

No-Show Fee = 100% of booked treatment cost (without taxes)

Note: a 2.75% credit card surcharge will be added on top

This is not to punish anyone unfairly. This policy exists to partially compensate Alluring Impression Day Spa for the costs associated with appointments that cannot be filled with little to no notice.
